Like the first two games, this game takes inspiration from the Five Nights At Freddy’s 3 but it still comes with its own differences. This time, the players will have pills which they are possible to use in order to cure depression. When you start playing the game, you will be provided a total of 10 pills. If you want to take one, you have to press Space.

One noticeable thing is that when you have depression, you are not able to monitor and check the cameras anymore.

Essentially, this game encompasses two modes:

Normal mode: This mode is easier than another. In the mode, all characters will be activated. If you can win it, you will obtain the first Rainbow Box trophy, progress the game and unlock the next mode.
Nightmare mode: This mode is quite more difficult than the first one. If you win it, you will gain the second Rainbow box trophy, progress the game and unlock extras to obtain more experiences.
